The unit has roof ac and 3 heating systems, a heat pump in the ceiling, gas furnace and diesel furnace for your comfort. There is also a fantastic ceiling fan in the kitchen. Has 32" smart TV and Bell satellite dish as well as sound system for radio and cd,s and front and back speakers. all cookware, dishes, linens and bedding as well as a starter supply of paper goods is included. Outside there is loads of storage, large awning as Well as awnings over each window and a large portable BBQ Because of insurance regulations this unit can only be driven by the owner. The client renting thr unit would book and pay for Rv site and I the owner would deliver the unit to the site and pick it up at the end of the rental term. Free delivery and pick-up up to75 km, more than that a minimal delivery charge would be negotiated. A $100.00 cleaning fee will be waved if the unit is left in the same clean condition as it was found. --
