**please note** this item has a flaw but works & is being sold as is!! This cute little guy is brand new but when you pick him up it sounds-like there's a broken piece rattling around inside. The battery cover can still be removed to replace batteries...but I don't know if the compartment itself can be removed without damaging it, as the glue around it is quite thick. I did set him outside & he seems to work perfectly, both his hat & the little bird light-up; which leads me to believe the piece rattling is, most likely, a small piece of resin left behind during the manufacturing process. There's no cracks, breaks or chipping so, when he's displayed, he's adorable & looks perfectly normal - you have to pick him up & shake him to realize the flaw...11.8" x 6" x 9" high & weighs 2.2 lbs. ***NOTE*** Serious Inquiries only...if its listed, its available!!
